Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iSocial collects, uses, and shares information when you use our agentic social media growth platform.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly (for example, support requests or account preferences) and information collected automatically when you use the Service.

Specifically, we may collect:

  • Wallet information — your public blockchain wallet address if you connect a wallet to the Service. We never receive or store private keys.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser information.
  • Log data — IP address, timestamps, referring URLs, and basic diagnostic information.
  • Communications — if you contact us for support, we retain the content of those communications.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences (such as theme or wallet state), and analyse usage patterns to improve performance.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its features
  • Process service requests, display personalised service listings and pricing
  • Facilitate and verify on-chain payment transactions
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Communicate with you in response to support requests or service updates
  • Analyse usage trends to improve the platform experience

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — third parties who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, infrastructure). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Third-party growth providers — where necessary to fulfil services you have ordered. Only the minimum required information (such as a public username or profile link) is shared.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — if required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of iSocial, our users, or the public.

5. Blockchain transparency

iSocial uses Solana blockchain for payment processing. Blockchain transactions are public and immutable by design. If you connect a wallet and make a payment, your public wallet address and transaction details will be permanently visible on the Solana blockchain to anyone who inspects it.

We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. We only interact with your wallet address as presented by your wallet application.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The specific retention period depends on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

Blockchain transaction data is retained permanently on the public blockchain, independent of iSocial.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own device, browser, and Solana wallet. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
