Terms of Service
Last updated: February 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iSocial (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
“iSocial”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to any user of the Service.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and platform rules (e.g., the rules of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
3) The Service
iSocial provides a marketplace interface to browse and purchase social media growth/engagement services. Service availability, pricing, delivery times, and outcomes can vary and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
4) Wallets, blockchain, and payments
You may connect a compatible wallet to interact with certain features. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying payment details (including amounts and destination addresses) before submitting a transaction.
5) Third-party providers
Some services may be fulfilled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties. Your use of third-party platforms and services may be subject to separate terms.
6) Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse engineering, automating abusive traffic, violating third-party platform rules, or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
7) Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the nature of the issue. Because blockchain payments can be irreversible, refunds (if any) may be provided via alternative methods or credits, at our discretion and in accordance with any posted refund policy.
8) Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by iSocial or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from any service.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSocial will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access could create risk for iSocial, other users, or third parties.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
