Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the iSocial platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

"iSocial", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service at isocial.fun. "You" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and similar platforms).

3. The Service

iSocial provides an agentic AI platform and marketplace for social media growth and engagement services, spanning Meta (Instagram & WhatsApp), Telegram, and web properties.

Service availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a specific service description. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

4. Wallets, blockchain, and payments

Certain features require connecting a compatible Solana blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. iSocial never has access to your private keys.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for verifying all payment details — including amounts, destination addresses, and service details — before submitting any transaction.

Network fees (gas/transaction fees) are separate from service prices and are determined by the Solana network, not iSocial.

5. Agentic services and third-party providers

iSocial's agentic AI system coordinates growth services across ecosystems using third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems, platform policy changes, outages, or actions taken by third parties.

Your use of third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of iSocial services does not violate the applicable platform rules.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service in ways not authorised by iSocial
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platforms targeted through our Service
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or iSocial

7. Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service ordered and the nature of any issue. Because blockchain payments may be irreversible, refunds (where applicable) may be provided via alternative methods such as service credits, at iSocial's sole discretion and in accordance with any posted refund policy.

If you believe there has been an error or service failure, contact us at support@isocial.fun within 7 days of the order date.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, branding, and content (excluding content you provide) are owned by iSocial or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSocial disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific results will be achieved from the use of our services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iSocial and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall iSocial's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to iSocial in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if continued access creates risk for iSocial or other users, or if required by applicable law.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or our practices. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
